L., hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of this data, so the following information of the treatment is provided: Purpose of the treatment: maintain a business relationship with the User. 2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to attend to their request, by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to this data. 4. VISA OR MASTERCARD CREDIT CARD

We guarantee the security of each of the transactions made at Bohemia Sanlúcar. The minimum purchasing age is 18 years old.

All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. El Bohemia Sanlúcar uses a server based on SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) standard security technology.

All information transmitted by users travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, credit card data is not stored in any database but goes directly to the bank’s Point of Sale Terminal (TPV).

Also, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated in our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, holders of a “secured” card will always be able to make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.

In case the credit card is not adhered to this payment system, Bohemia Sanlúcar will only accept payment with VISA or MASTERCARD credit card from customers with proven seniority and reliability.

In both cases, when paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, the following data will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a validation code that matches the last 3 digits of the italicized number on the back of the VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction. Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Bohemia Sanlúcar will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction at our hotel. Delivery times.
